A family that lays tile for a living.
RANJ is four initials and four people. Seven years on, the company is still small enough that the person who quotes your job is the person standing on it.

Small on purpose.
Rogério, Amanda, Nathan, Juan — that is RANJ. We install tile, stone and flooring across Orlando, Florida and the towns around it, and we have been doing it for 7 years.
We have stayed deliberately small. Growing means handing work to crews you have never watched cut a mitre, and the first thing to go is the finish. Instead we take fewer jobs, run them ourselves, and bring in the same painters, electricians and fabricators we have used for years when a room needs more than tile.
It means we are occasionally booked out a few weeks. It also means the floor in your house will be laid by the people whose name is on the van.
You do not have to take our word for any of it — read what our clients say on Google.

Four hearts, laid like tile.
The RANJ symbol is not an abstract shape. It is four hearts set the way tiles are set — turned to meet in the middle, holding a single line between them.

Family
Rogério, Amanda, Nathan, Juan. RANJ is their four initials, and the company is still exactly those four people.

Partners
The painters, electricians and fabricators we bring in have worked with us for years and are held to the same standard.

Clients
Most of the calendar comes from people who already had us in their home, or from a neighbour who saw the result.

Home
Every job is somebody's house — lived in, walked on, cleaned around. We work like the floor is ours.

The house is still yours while we are in it.
Floors covered, doorways sealed, tools off the walkway, and a clean-down before we leave each evening. Most of our clients stay in the house through the whole job — that only works if the site is treated like somebody lives there. Because somebody does.
What you are actually buying.
Tile is a commodity. The difference between two quotes is what happens on the days nobody photographs — and what happens after the invoice is paid.
High-standard finish
Flat floors, straight joints, mitred corners. If it is not right, it comes up and goes back down.
Delivered on schedule
The finish date we give you is the finish date. Seven years of it.
We come back
Something needs attention after the job? We return and fix it. No invoice, no argument.
30-day check-in
About a month after handover we stop by to make sure everything has settled exactly as it should.

A mitred outside corner instead of a trim strip. It takes longer, it costs more in labour, and it is the detail that tells you who laid the tile.
Seven years of neighbours telling neighbours.
They re-tiled our whole first floor while we were still living in the house. Every evening it was swept, covered and quiet. The floor is dead flat — you can see straight down the grout lines from the front door.

Our master bathroom was a 1990s time capsule. They handled the demolition, the waterproofing, the tile and the glass, and finished on the date they promised.

What stood out was the honesty. They talked us out of a more expensive tile because the cheaper one suited the room better. That is not something you hear often.

A month after the job they came back to check everything was still perfect. It was. That says everything about how this family works.
